The Hebefix 100 is a state-of-the-art drainage pump station designed to efficiently lift faeces-free domestic and commercial wastewater, capable of handling temperatures of up to 104°F (40°C). For the more demanding applications, the Hebefix 100 H version features a robust tank, resistant to wastewater temperatures of up to 176°F (80°C).

• Versatile Tank Design: The Hebefix 100 boasts a free-standing plastic tank with a generous capacity of approximately 75 liters. It comes equipped with four combination inlets, suitable for pipes with external diameters of either 50mm or 110mm.
• Flexible Installation: Installation is a breeze with the option to pass the enclosed pressure pipe out of the tank on either the left or right side, according to your requirements (connection R 1½”).
• Pump Compatibility: Choose the ideal pump based on your wastewater volume or specific needs. For slightly dirty water with a grain size of up to 10mm, pumps like U3KS, U5KS, and U6K ES+DS are excellent choices. For larger admixtures or higher wastewater volumes, we recommend the powerful US series pumps. Commercial applications or blocks of flats benefit from the specialized US hot water pumps.
• Customisable Switching: Optionally, enhance the pump’s operation with a special float (see accessories) to adjust the on and off switching height and reduce residual volume.
• Ideal Ground Level Installation: Say goodbye to extensive masonry work and digging pits. Hebefix 100 allows for easy ground level installation at any desired location, even downstream of the backpressure level. Connect wash basins, washing machines, dishwashers, and showers trays (with a U3KS or U6KS with special float) hassle-free.
• Odour-Free Operation: Prevent unpleasant odors by connecting a ventilation pipe that passes through the roof. At the installation site, an activated carbon filter effectively removes any lingering odours.
• Safety Alarm System: To ensure worry-free operation, we strongly recommend installing an alarm system. This system acts as a safeguard, alerting you to any impermissibly high water levels in the tank.
