INSTALLATION SETS FOR DRAINAGE PUMPS

With these plug-and-play solutions we offer you for the first time the sets Easyfix 32 Single and Easyfix 32 Duo sets, which allow you to install drainage pumps with the GR 32 guide rail system as a single or duplex system. The concept of these systems is based on the fact that you save time, space and money! The sets are ready-to-plug in and all necessary components are pre-assembled on a base plate! The Easyfix only needs to be placed in the chamber and connected to the pressure line.

The Easyfix 32 Duo includes a control unit for operating two sewage pumps. The control unit regulates the alternating operation of the two pumps and also ensures alarm messages and peak load operation. The pumps are switched via their fitted float switches.

The Easyfix sets can be connected to the following pumps:

• U3 KS
• U3 KS spezial
• U5 KS
• U6 ES

The pumps are not included in the scope of supply. Use of the float switch (pumps accessory) for low switching points is also possible. Use of the special float for low switching points (pumps accessory) is also possible.

For decades, the compli sewage lifting units have been the first choice when it comes to the reliable disposal of sewage containing faeces from detached houses and apartment buildings, commercial enterprises or houseboats. To be a step ahead with the market requirements, we improved our systems which are now available with more features and provide a higher comfort.

Our classic, the compli 400 range, appears in a new design. The powerful sewage pump rests on a durable cast iron flange, which ensures a long lasting permanently tight tank connection.. Thanks to the stepless adjustable flange, the invert inlet height can be adjusted on site between 180 and 250 mm, depending on the drainage situation.

The PE tank has several connection options and a cleaning opening at the top. A new and improved control unit, which is part of the scope of supply, now features:

• an alarm that can be acknowledged with the push of a button
• a maintenance interval indicator
• a plug connection for an additional high-water alarm.

The units are easy to operate and maintain. Versatile connection options allow an easy and flexible installation. The single units compli 500 series have been equipped with an improved AD control unit

The duplex sewage lifting stations compli 1000 will be available in two versions in the future:

• with proven BasicLogo BD control unit
• with modern HighLogo microprocessor control units.

The series of duplex sewage lifting stations compli 1200 and compli 1500/2500 are now equipped with the microprocessor HighLogo control unit as a standard. Special advantages offers a new swing-type check valve, which is installed on the compli 1000 and compli 1200 sewage lifting stations. The swing-type check valve is now made in a high-tech compound plastic and with an enlarged maintenance opening. For the ease of maintenance the non-return valve must no longer be removed to lift out a pump for a service or to replace the rubber flap. The 10/4 BW, 15/4 BW and 25/4 BW pumps have screwed, high-strength plastic impellers, so that they can be easily dismantled for maintenance or service.

Almost 50 years ago, the U3 KS entered the sewage market and became synonymous for cellar drainage pumps. The success of these pumps is the motivation for continuously further developments and also to adapt the wishes of our customers and the requirements of the market.

We would like to introduce the new stainless steel Jung submersible drainage pumps MultiDrain UV3. These four pumps supplement the MultiDrain series to cover a comprehensive performance spectrum.

The MultiDrain UV3 are particularly suitable for pumping wastewater in mobile applications. Permanently installed, they are used in manholes or collecting tanks, where they also serve to prevent backwater. The pumps will be available from 01.01.2021.

Used for transport, they reliably empty tanks, ponds or swimming pools or, in emergencies, dry flooded cellars. A hose connection and a swing-type check valve (only for mobile use) are already included in the scope of supply. Stationary installed in shafts or collecting tanks, they remove water from laundry rooms, storage rooms or drainage shafts. At the same time, they also serve as backflow protection. For particularly narrow shafts (from 22 cm diameter), the UV3 SF version with a special vertical float switch is ideal.
